Jean A. Kluesner

Jean A. Kluesner, 65, of Fayette, Iowa, died Tuesday morning, September 11, 2012 at Bartels Lutheran Home in Waverly, Iowa 

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 15, 2012, at the Fayette Community Church with visitation being held there from 10:00 am. until service time. A luncheon will follow the service at the church. Becker-Milnes Funeral Home in Fayette is assisting Jean’s family.  Service times will be posted here as soon as they are finalized.

Jean Ann Kluesner, daughter of Paul and Fern Payne Denbow, was born December 6, 1946, at Marshalltown, Iowa. She received her education in the Marshalltown Public Schools and later attended N.I.C.C. where she received a clerical degree. She also attended beauty school and would work for many years as a beautician. On October 25, 1986, she was united in marriage with Paul Kluesner at the Wesleyan Church in Fayette where she has been a longtime member. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and going on walks. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and her dogs.

In addition to her husband, Paul of Fayette, she is survived by six children, Michelle (Tom) Aumiller of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Michael (Tammi) Leeper of Tucson, Arizona, Matthew (Donna) Evens of Fredericksburg, Iowa, Marcus Kluesner of Spencer, Oklahoma, Melissa (Mark) Mast of Fayette, Iowa, and Brandy Brown of Cheyenne, Wyoming; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother, Raymond (Florence) Denbow of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and one sister, Viola Wahe of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Chantler Mast; one brother, Clifford Denbow; and three sisters, Donna Jean Denbow, Elma Patten, and Roberta Brandon.
